Abacus Careers are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join a large, world leading law firm with offices in Belfast City Centre.  This role will suit a Business/Data Analyst early in their career with both consultative and technical ability, and keen to enhance or embark on their career within a professional and corporate setting.

What your day will look like:

• Providing support to partners and lawyers with pricing and legal project management

• Assisting the team in response to tenders and various opportunities

• Supporting the teams work with clients to develop solutions to specific client issues

•  Assisting the data and business intelligence needs of customers and various business functions throughout the business

• Delivering services to the end users

 

What is required?

• Experience within Data Analytics and visualisation

• Outstanding skills across Microsoft 365 products – Excel and SharePoint (advanced level)

• Experience of previously working within project management or operations in a professional setting

• Ability to build relationships across all levels of seniority

 

What is desired? (Not required but will be favourable)

•  Experience using PowerBI, or a similar tool used for analysis and reporting

• Holding a degree on Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or other related area

• Experience within Legal Practise / Understanding of law firm economics
