What will you be doing?
- Resolving customer support enquiries from email, in person or phone requests, logging and maintaining all support requests in the IT Service Desk
- Take ownership of service desk calls and work with them through to conclusion escalating to the team when required
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the team to deliver core services
- Take an active part in helping to improve the service, and contribute ideas for improvements where necessary
- Maintaining and configuring existing hardware and reporting faults to third party companies
Who do you need to be?
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in first line support role
- Have a 3rd level or IT professional Qualification
- Have great customer service skills
You should also have experience in some of the following:
- Microsoft Office suite (2016/Office365)
- Laptops, pc’s and servers
- LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity – Cisco and Palo Alto
- Specialist software – e.g. digital dictation, legal accounts
- Software rollout as required following centralised deployment process and tools
