As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join their team.

What They Are Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of previous account handling experience in the corporate or commercial sector

Proven track record in dealing with technical insurance issues

Experience managing a diverse client base, handling risks of varying sizes and complexity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels through various communication channels

CII qualified (or working towards exams)

Responsibilities:

Place a wide range of commercial risks within the market

Provide expert and timely advice to clients regarding their insurance needs

Collaborate effectively with insurer partners as necessary

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client accounts, including Mid-Term Adjustments and customer queries

Manage client case files efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Uphold client confidentiality and protect sensitive information at all times

Adhere to all company policies and procedures
