Join the Site Reliability Engineer team in Belfast and collaborate with highly talents operations and development engineers to assist and support the reliability of their production systems. Be responsible for the daily tasks that maintain these systems, identifying and fixing app/data related problems.

What does the day to day look like for you?

• Perform root cause analysis and document findings
• Debugging, updating and reprocessing data submissions
• Writing SQL scripts
• Performing quality audits of customers data
• Resolving/escalating customer raised problems

What do you need?

• 1 year experience with C# or Java
• 1 year experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience handling JSON and XML data
• 1 year experience debugging large applications to determine an RCA
