The Role

  • Manage your own daily work load to ensure minimum down time
  • Track and monitor service desk incidents to spot trends
  • Have input into recommending suitable software/hardware additions to improve performance
  • Work alongside 3rd line support to manage and implement changes to the network


  • Demonstrable knowledge on the above topics
  • Ability to demonstrate a sound technical approach to problem solving
  • Able to provide 1st & 2nd line cost effective support solutions
  • Work with Windows, TCP/IP, Microsoft office, Advice directory, group policies etc.
