UX Analyst (24 Month FTC)

Technology Services: Our Technology Services department is committed to providing top-notch support and services across the globe. The IT Service Management team, part of Technology Services, oversees all IT services and infrastructure for the firm.

As a UX Support Analyst, you’ll be the point person for internal customers, offering technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You’ll escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams or external support providers when necessary.

Your role will involve streamlining processes, automating routine tasks, and handling user support requests from various sources. You’ll work closely with 1st Line teams, ensuring swift issue resolution or escalation. Collaboration with other support teams is vital for addressing recurring technical problems and identifying training or documentation needs. Keeping our ticketing system updated is a key responsibility. You’ll continuously expand your knowledge of software and hardware technologies, all while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus. Your duties also include support and maintenance in areas like Group Policy, EndPoint Manager, Intune, and Apple Business Manager.

• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Personal credibility and high self-motivation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detailed knowledge of IT infrastructure in a Microsoft technology environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and/or iOS technology environments.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience, particularly within professional services.
• “A” level standard education or equivalent is preferred, along with accreditation in relevant technologies.
