Enterprise Applications Analyst (2 year contract)

Within the role of Enterprise Apps Analyst, you will assume the responsibility of executing our strategy, adhering to standards, and advancing our roadmap. Operating on a global scale, this role encompasses comprehensive 3rd line support related to infrastructure and services, transcending geographical boundaries.

Your key areas of influence will encompass:

• On-going support, maintenance and administration of enterprise applications in use within the firm
• Elite 3e; Intapp suite & Matter workflow system (Open/Wallbuilder/Conflicts/Time/Time Capture); Carpe Diem
• Support and administration of database platforms in the firm, primarily MS SQL (all versions) and MongoDB
• Support for all other applications used globally by the firm that are not supported by the DMS and M365 teams, including:
• SharePoint 2010 on-prem applications; allenovery.com (cloud hosted)
• Legal Technology apps (non-office based)
• All other global business applications
• Support and administration of Dynamics365 platform and applications built on the platform
• Including packaging, configuration, deployment, patching of software

Your Expertise: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2/3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a 3rd line support role encompassing several technologies mentioned in this description.
• Prior involvement in the professional services sector, understanding the intricate demands placed on support teams by business operations.
• Profound practical knowledge of IT infrastructure and services within a Microsoft technology environment.
