What will you be doing?

• Developing and refining HR Management Information (MI) and reporting capabilities.
• Creating and maintaining a diverse range of reports extracting data from HR and internal systems.
• Analysing data to derive insights and presenting findings in various formats.
• Translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and delivering accordingly.

What do you need?

• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of HR Reporting & Analytics using a range of HR Systems e.g. Oracle
• Experience of using business objects/Power BI
• Ability to translate technical information to be suitable for a wide range of audiences
