IT Infrastructure Security Analyst

Join Northern Ireland’s most dynamic law firm as an IT Infrastructure and Security Analyst where you will take on an exciting position providing 2^nd Line IT support services while also working on cyber security operations.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting first line support staff when required
• Maintaining and configuring hardware and reporting faults
• Support hardware/software (Microsoft Office, VMWare, Specialist software etc.)
• Maintain IT systems and equipment (PCs/Laptops, Routers, Phones etc.)
• Information Security – ISO 27001 support, Technical and security audits.

Who do you need to be?

• At least 2 years experience in either an IT Support or a cyber security role
• Have a 3^rd level or IT professional Qualification
• Have great customer service skills

You should also have experience in some of the following:

• Windows 2016/2019 server
• Windows 10 clients
• Office 365
• Azure
• Firewall maintenance and networking
