Abacus are delighted to once again be partnering with our client in their search for a People Systems Specialist to join their ranks.

The role:

The People Systems Specialist will be an expert in all things relating to SuccessFactors and play a key role in the ongoing support of the HRIS. You will provide support in a number of areas, including business analytics, system reporting, data integrity, compliance, end user support and back end system functionality.

What will you be doing?

• Recommending and configuring changes to current processes to allow more effective use of SuccessFactors
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity of People information globally
• Participating in testing of configuration changes, including test script development, setting up test scenarios and coordination with other teams
• Communicating system changes, upgrades and general information to end-users

What do you need?

• BSc HR or Information Management with in-depth experience managing various HRIS/IS or equivalent.
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors
• Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience
• Excellent data mining, manipulation and analytical skills
• High proficiently in MS Excel (formulas and functions, pivot tables and charts)
