Your keen eye for installation and configuration of complex IT Infrastructure deployments will be instrumental in shaping the success of our client. Your main duties will include:

• Acting as a dedicated escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and providing expert support at a 3rd line level.
• Assisting in the seamless delivery of new projects and chargeable change work, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Championing continuous improvements in service offerings, drawing from valuable client experiences.
• Offering 2nd and 3rd level support to an extensive client base, going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff members, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional growth.
• Occasionally visiting customer sites to provide vital infrastructure assistance and acting as their trusted IT point of contact.

To thrive in this role, you will need to bring the following essential qualifications and experience:

• Extensive proficiency in the Microsoft stack of Microsoft Server solutions, leveraging your expertise to tackle complex challenges.
• A strong working knowledge of deploying and supporting M365 & Azure Active Directory Services solutions, unlocking their full potential.
• Virtualization experience, adeptly deploying and managing VMware, Hyper-V on HPE & Dell Hardware.
• In-depth familiarity with networking and the configuration of Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Storage, and Wi-Fi, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Proven experience in deploying and supporting clustered virtualization solutions, exhibiting your ability to conquer even the most intricate setups.
• Expertise in managing Active Directory domains across multiple sites, orchestrating a harmonious IT landscape.
• Mastery of M365 – Email, Security, MFA, Applications including SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams, revolutionizing collaboration and productivity.
• Proficiency in physically deploying vendor hardware in customer server cabinets, ensuring flawless integration.
• A troubleshooting wizard, adept at swiftly resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Outstanding personal management skills, displaying the ability to work autonomously or as part of a cohesive team. Your excellent time management and proactive problem-solving approach will set you apart.
• Stellar interpersonal skills, embodying a customer-centric attitude, effortlessly interacting with diverse stakeholders, and effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A full current UK driving license and access to your own transportation, enabling you to provide on-site support when required.
