One of the first priority roles they are looking to hire is a Senior IT Operations Engineer to join a team of IT Operations/Engineer specialists responsible for the critical production operations for international financial services.

You will be responsible for monitoring, administering, and optimising production workloads. Using modern technologies, as part of a team you will detect, correlate, and resolve issues that occur in our production workstream.

Capabilities & Experience:

• IT leadership with a good knowledge of a broad range of technologies.
• 5+ years experience with infrastructure, and/or network and/or application engineering
• 2+ years experience in IT Operations
• Experience with IT system monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Solar Winds, etc.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident, change, problem, and root cause for service management
• Experience in server, and/or network, and/or application configuration, maintenance and performance analysis
• Experience automating routine tasks
• Strong analysis skills with focus on problem recognition and correlation
