What will you be doing?

• Leading the Voice Analytics Engineering Team
• Building, designing and enhancing Voice Analytics services
• Providing strong technical mentorship and coaching to your team, encouraging them to constantly better themselves and strive for more
• Researching and evaluating the newest tech to solve business problems

So what do you need?

• 5+ years’ development experience (with at least 2 years’ experience leading a team)
• Experience leading development in Springboot, Java 8 using RESTFUL APIs
• PCF (Cloud Foundry), Git, Jenkins (CI/CD), Artifactory and Kafka
• Knowledge of ReactJS
• Microservice based architecture
• Experience of the full SDLC using Agile methodologies

What could help you stand out?

• Voice technology domain experience
• Strong Database ETL experience
• AWS – experience with Core AWS Services and concepts // experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch/Prometheus
